Gene Wagon, we strive to provide the highest level of service and convenience to our customers. To ensure that we can meet our commitments and schedule effectively. The following non-refundable policy applies to all appointments:
A non-refundable travel deposit is required to secure your appointment with Gene Wagon. This deposit covers the costs associated with dispatching our mobile team to your location.
Please note that the travel deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If you need to cancel your appointment, refunds for the purchase of DNA testing services will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund, as we allocate resources and staff based on confirmed appointments.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, the non-refundable travel deposit will still apply to the rescheduled appointment.
